INDVIDUAL RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORIZATION:

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card, but this does not mean that it will happen with every reservation. Don't worry, if your card is pre-authorized, both the hotel and your credit card company are there to help you. Pre-authorization is not a charge to your credit card, it is a temporary hold. When making a reservation, there may be cases where the hotel will pre-authorize your credit card. This means that the hotel will check if your credit card is a valid credit card and if the card has sufficient funds to cover at least the first night of the reservation. The hotel, however, will not proceed to charge your credit card, it is only a temporary hold. The length of the hold can vary and your credit card company can give you information on how they handle pre-authorization.

APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

This contract will be governed and it will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Argentine Republic. The issues that arise as a result of this contract between the hotel and the client are the competence of the Argentine courts and tribunals, to which both parties submit.
